The Month of Completion

Halfway through the year and my foundation has been rocked by loss. There was the passing of my father and my husband’s grandmother only weeks apart. Plus, some of my close friends also lost family members.

As we entered July, the month of completion, I found myself questioning God’s plan for us. Is this a sign for us to look to Him? A calling to form a closer relationship with Him before time runs out?

So, I want to ask if you are fully complete? If death comes to your doorstep, would you be ready for it? Have you fulfilled all your dreams, traveled the way that you wanted, and most importantly, served the way you needed to serve?

With what’s left of this year, I encourage you to reflect on the months that have passed and release what has not served you well, so that you can refocus and regain direction. We have six more months in the year. What legacy are you building towards?
